Want to learn the secrets to make a jaw-dropping and mouth-watering cheese and charcuterie tray? Join our very own monger, manager and chef Sarah in our Del Mar shop's "piazza del formaggio" where we'll all make trays together.

Learn how to cut different cheeses in interesting ways, create visual leading lines, make meat flowers, and more. Discover the importance of composition, levels, and color contrasts while making your own platter, then eating the results! After this, you'll be ready to amaze your friends with your mad cheese board skills.

You will have at your fingertips everything you need to make one of our Piccola trays (perfect for 4-6 cheese lovers). Wine is included so you can celebrate while you learn in a fabulous setting, surrounded by all the best fromage and Formaggi in the world.
