Casarecce. Farfalle. Cavatelli. These are just three of the more than 350 pasta shapes we know of! Each has a story a purpose, and we want to share a few that are fun and easy to make with you. Our very own monger and chef Nate Gibson, formerly of Juniper and Ivy, will show you how to make a number of pasta shapes by hand using a very versatile dough recipe straight from Florence, Italy. We'll also prepare a spring-inspired sauce using seasonal verdura.

The cooking kit is perfect for two and includes all the ingredients to make fun and unique pasta shapes, plus some cheesy fillings and ingredients for a fresh springtime sauce for all your cool handcrafted shapes! The kit also contains a cheese plate to nosh on while learning and preparing. You can even add a bottle of wine if you wish!
