This is the 9th episode of Fromage with Friends, where we delve into the details of one style of cheese, sharing exquisite bites from various makers from all over the world. This episode is all about truffles, often called "diamonds of the earth." Whether white, black, summer or winter, they are distinctive and delicious when infused into cheese or paired with cheese. This plate will showcase tantalizing truffled cheeses plus truffled accoutrements! Tartufo overload? No way...

Mongers Kristina, Sarah and Rachel will take you around the world of these terrific tubers. You have your choice of getting just the cheese plate (perfect for two), or adding a bottle of perfectly paired wine to sip and savor as you sample and salivate.

Then tune into the Venissimo YouTube channel at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, where we'll chat together, and eat and drink together! You can ask questions during the live chat and it's always great fun. You don't need a YouTube account to watch, and you can ask questions via live chat.
