Learn How to Cook a One Pan Thanksgiving Meal with Venissimo!

Our very own monger and chef Nate Gibson is going to share a recipe for a one-pan Thanksgiving meal that you can easily make either before the holiday or after the holiday. This a fun way to create a stunning dish from your thanksgiving leftovers. Layers of sweet potatoes, roasted squash, turkey and cranberry are blended with hand crafted cheeses, building a symphony of flavors all packed in to a Thanksgiving lasagna. 

The cooking kit will include all the ingredients to make the featured dish along with a Thanksgiving-themed cheese plate (perfect for two) to nosh on while learning and preparing. You can even add a bottle of our featured Cabernet Sauvignon if you wish to sip while you learn!
